Standard space is 10’ wide x 10’ deep. There will be an 8’ table across the front of the booth for displaying and selling, and another across the back for preparation and storage. Please let us know if you are using a street cart which will not fit into a 10’x10’ space. Also please list any additional equipment other than your prepared food and serving containers that you will be putting in your space.
Please note – we use a ticket system for food sales. Customers will purchase food from you with coupons which you will turn in for reimbursement.
Fee = Registration fee of $100, plus 15% of food sales.
