The purpose of my business is to promote Spanish and Latino food. Fritanga is a full meal dish that consists of “gallo pinto “ rice and beans, boiled yucca root, fried plantain, pork ribs, fried chicken, and ensalada de repollo. I will also serve pork belly on yucca root with green cabbage salad, fried thin sliced plantain, guava paste with queso fresco, panela w/ lime and ginger, and
mango viche, sliced mangoes w/salt and spicy sauce.
